Cloverleaf will be welcoming its first residents in early Spring 2027. Leasing will begin following the lottery in early 2027. Applications open on Tuesday, November 10th.

Lottery Information
All applications received during the application window of November 10th, 2026 - January 10th 2027 will be entered into a lottery and placed on a waiting list. Two informational sessions will be available to anyone interested in applying at the dates and times below. The lottery will be held virtually and recorded.

Income Restrictions
If your household income falls within the limits listed below, you may qualify for lower rents at Cloverleaf. Contact the Community Management Team for more information on specific eligibility and assistance with applications. Housing vouchers are welcome.

Results & Recordings
The Results and recordings will be posted below and emailed/mailed out within 7 business days following the lottery. You do not have to attend to receive the results.
